Does it work for holiday homes in Alicante, Valencia and Castellón?+
Yes. Checkin Vacacional can be used in holiday homes, tourist apartments, country houses and other accommodation in any municipality of the Valencian Community that must report bookings and traveller data to SES Hospedajes.
Does the tourism registry code replace SES Hospedajes registration?+
No. They are different procedures. The Valencian Tourism Registry certifies the tourist activity of the property and assigns its registration code, while SES Hospedajes is the Ministry of the Interior platform for accommodation communications. To connect Checkin Vacacional you need your SES Hospedajes credentials.
Can I manage properties in several provinces?+
Yes. You can set up several properties in one account and organise their bookings and registrations from the same dashboard, whether they are on the Costa Blanca, in Valencia city or inland in Castellón.
Can guests check in before they arrive?+
Yes. You can send a personalised link so they enter their details and sign from their phone before arrival. You can then check which information is complete.
Can I report both the booking and the traveller report?+
Yes. From Checkin Vacacional you can report the booking and, when required, send or schedule the traveller report to SES Hospedajes.
Is Checkin Vacacional compliant with RD 933/2021?+
Checkin Vacacional is certified software that follows the Ministry of the Interior documentation and makes it easier to report bookings and traveller data to SES Hospedajes.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits do not expire while your Checkin Vacacional account remains active, so you can use them whenever you need.
