How to use Checkin Vacacional step by step
A quick guide to creating a booking, collecting your guests' details and signatures, and sending the traveller report to SES Hospedajes.

Before you start, you must have created your property and correctly set up the connection with SES Hospedajes.

Create the booking
Choose the property and enter the dates, the number of guests and the lead guest's details.

Send the booking
Report the booking details to SES Hospedajes with the “Send booking” button.

Share the check-in
Get the check-in link and send it to your guests so they can fill in their details.

Collect details and signatures
Guests complete the form and sign directly from their own device.

Send the traveller report
Once everyone has completed the check-in, send the report to SES Hospedajes.
The platform's traffic light
Each booking shows three indicators. When all three turn green, you have met your SES Hospedajes obligations.
First indicator
Booking reported and accepted by SES Hospedajes.
Second indicator
Details and signatures completed by all guests.
Third indicator
Traveller report sent and accepted.
