Does it work for holiday homes and tourist apartments?+
Yes. Checkin Vacacional can be used in holiday homes, tourist apartments, country houses and other accommodation establishments that must manage their guest communications with SES Hospedajes.
Does registering in the Andalusian Tourism Registry replace SES Hospedajes registration?+
No. They are different procedures. The Andalusian Tourism Registry covers the tourist activity of the property, while SES Hospedajes is the Ministry of the Interior platform used for accommodation communications. To connect Checkin Vacacional you need your SES Hospedajes credentials.
Can I manage properties located in different provinces?+
Yes. You can set up several properties in the same account and organise their bookings and registrations from the same panel, even if they are in different provinces.
Can guests check in before arriving?+
Yes. You can send them a personalised link so they enter their details and sign from their phone before arrival. Afterwards you can check which information is complete.
Can I report both the booking and the traveller report?+
Yes. From Checkin Vacacional you can report the booking and, when applicable, send or schedule the traveller report to SES Hospedajes.
Does Checkin Vacacional comply with RD 933/2021?+

Do credits expire?+
