Guest registration for tourist accommodation in Madrid

Yes. Checkin Vacacional makes traveller registration easier for tourist homes, apartments, hostels and small hotels in Madrid: you collect details and signatures and manage SES Hospedajes submissions. It is not a tourist licence or a permit to rent.

The form collects the traveller's details and signature, but does not by itself verify their identity. That check is the responsibility of the accommodation operator, who must compare the information with the guest's identity document.

Yes. You can set up several properties and handle their bookings, check-ins and submissions from one dashboard.

Yes. You share a link by WhatsApp, email or another channel and each traveller fills in their details and signs on their phone before arrival.

Yes. You need SES Hospedajes registration to send submissions from Checkin Vacacional. If you don't have it, we can handle it for €59.90 (VAT included).

Yes. From the dashboard you can submit the booking and, once guests have completed their details, manage the traveller report submission to SES Hospedajes.

Yes. It works the same for properties in the city of Madrid, the rest of the Community of Madrid and other parts of Spain.
