If during 2025 a Property or Movable Assets Registry was requested to assign one or more NRUA for the same CRU (property, vessel, boat or naval artefact) and the assignment was granted, in February 2026 the corresponding deposit of the short-term rental information form provided for in the Law must be filed.
The short-term rental deposit consists of submitting, to the competent Property or Movable Assets Registry, the corresponding short-term rental information form. The form must contain, for each CRU, the list of every rental started during the relevant year, indicating the assigned NRUA, its purpose, the number of guests and the check-in and check-out dates.
Consequently, when one or more NRUA have been assigned to the same CRU during 2025, there is an obligation to complete and submit the short-term rental information form for that year, reflecting the activity carried out for each assigned NRUA. The submission must be made within the established deadline at the competent registry, thereby fulfilling the deposit obligation.

- CRU – Unique Accommodation Registration Code: identifies the property.
- NRUA – Unique Rental Registration Number: the state registry where the rental is recorded.
- NRA – Rental Registration Number: the number that identifies your accommodation and appears in listings.
